Steve & Ginie Jackson celebrate their third release on Mannequin Vanity Records June 2022

French Canadian folkpunk duo Steve and Ginie Jackson have released a 12-song album in the wake of the pandemic – and it’s the best thing they have done to date!    

Our favorite acoustic Canadian lovebirds have upped the ante for their third release on MVR. Featuring new and upgraded songs/songwriting/performances and instrumentation, Steve and Ginie Jackson have stepped things up substantially for their latest release. A seemingly folkpunk modern version of June and Johnny Cash but a bit more gritty – Steve and Ginie and road tested and battle worn. They have toured nationally and internationally and spread their punk rock gospell across USA/Canada/Europe and more!  The newest release includes several guest performances from labelmates (Jakovich/Allen/Aaron from QUEL BORDEL and more!) and features songs they are very proud of and have grown into.
